During the summer of 2001, the staff
of La Roche Courbon with the help of “Amicour” members
installed an area of wooden games which were formerly played at
the Royal Court (Indian tops, trac, hangman, Dutch and Japanese
billiards and so on ...).
In 2002, all the visitors to the château were able to enjoy
the area of old-time games.
In 2004, a new game was added : the Lost Taw.
In 2007, more new games : Jeu des bâtonnets,
Table à élastique, Bermuda
Triangle, Laby tops.
Under the esplanade lime trees lane, in summer, when the weather
is fine, children over six are welcome to play these games under
the watchful eye of their parents. |
